@burkeholland 19 years ago, as a full developer at the time, I was tasked with designing a user interface for the first time. To my inexperienced younger self, this was apparently so simple compared to the coding... and yet... an obsessive side emerged... exploring layout, micro copy....

How this version is made
Laravel searches the archive and sends 24 matching posts at a time. The photographs are served as smaller, responsive images and can be opened for a closer look. Search, year and media choices are kept in the URL so a view can be shared. Precise location fields and account metadata from the raw export are excluded.
