@Si By quite some coincidence I did the exact same for our daughter yesterday - but did it via a video call, actioned once authenticated in the main banking app. There was a very long wait, but at least I was reading in the garden for it - the service once through was top notch

@Si Quite a few of the day-job related thoughts end up being valuable. Probably well over half. For the other ideas - I actually just started @dvassallo’s Portfolio of Small Bets course, in order to help triage and make use of them better.

@Si I have a small stack of 3x5 cards on my bedside table - jot the rough notes down straight away. The cards then get placed on a ‘to triage’ pile on my main work desk - to see if they are still coherent once I’ve had a coffee
