@jegtnes Remote for 15 years, but usually with a couple of visits a month to see people IRL in office …. Last month, I started renting a private office in a building of serviced offices, and I’m loving it - defo feels mentally beneficial to have a change of walls and scenary

This is a remarkable #CSS course by @JoshWComeau By pure fluke I ended up getting early access ages ago, and I have been utterly blown away with how remarkably good this course is, and month by month it has improved still. As of today the polished course is available to all https://t.co/zImcL1omoD

@benwerd Yep - use it extensively for all our family photos, with sharing groups into friends and family. Clearly showing its age.. and uploads are noticeably slower that gPhotos - but I’ll keep using it until for as long as they avoid breaking it

We subsequently bought 4 new fish, of a type wholly more suitable for home living (along with the requisite gear) My daughter is much happier, despite ending up spending quite a chunk of her saved pocket money.

‘Maidenhead Aquatics’ started is now 100 stores, and so we found one much closer than ‘Maidenhead’! The Yarnton store then acclimated our fair ‘won’ fish into their facilities and will look after it, and give it a happier life than we could.

Update: The goldfish from the fair was a carp; it would rapidly outgrow a home tank, and would need a garden pond to be comfortable. Alice from @the_fishkeeper is a wonderful human being, spending ages to helping my daughter and I to be better prepared to care for our fish

A good chunk of today is being spent on the consequences of our daughter being able to win a goldfish when she was at the fair yesterday. 🐟 ** It utterly should not be permissible that a minor can leave a fair with an animal of any type.
